How to find a specific book?

There are two ways to find the book you want:
  • Go to our thematic catalogue
    Go to our thematic catalogue in which all items are sorted out thematically. Select the division you want, choose the language, and then select one of the sub-divisions. This will get you to a detailed catalogue with brief information about each book (title, language, publisher, availability). You can select a specific book and send it to basket or you can click on the “more” button and get detailed information on the selected book.
  • Use the search options
    You will find a search box on each page. Type in the information you have on the desired book and you will quickly find it in our catalogue.

How to purchase a specific book?

To purchase a specific book first add it to basket by clicking on the button “add to basket” on the page where you found the book or in the catalogue. The book will then go to “my basket” which you can always access and revise. The “my basket” button is in the left-hand part of the screen. To complete your order for the books added to “basket” go to “complete order” and follow the instructions you’ll find there.

How do I register and what for?

Registration is not necessary for visitors of our online bookshop but it is required for ordering the books. We need this information to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible.
You can register any time at the registration page and this information will stay there until you wish to delete or revise it.

Can I place an order for a book, which is currently not available?

Yes, you can.
When you add to basket a book, which is not available right now it automatically goes to “delayed order”. Such orders may take up two months to complete. After you place an order for a book in this category we’ll get in touch with you within two days from the day you complete your order and let you know the approximate date of delivery.
If you are not satisfied with the delivery date you can cancel your order.

The book I want is added to basket as “delayed order” – what does that mean?

It means that the required quantity of the book(s) you want is currently absent in our stock.
In such cases the book is added to basket as “delayed order”. More on “delayed” orders for books temporarily absent in our stock see the answer to the previous question.
