Delivery terms

Books in our online bookshop are divided into two categories:

Books available in our stock.
Books currently absent in our stock. (more)

Orders for books in the first category are fulfilled within one business day.

Orders for books in the second category are agreed upon individually with the client on each item.

If your order includes books in both categories then part of your order will be fulfilled immediately while the delivery of the other part will be discussed with you separately.

Options for receiving your order:

Collect in person

Your order will be ready for you within one day.

You can collect your order in person from our office located at 4 Nalesny Pereulok, Moscow. Monday till Friday from 11 am to 5 pm.

Courier delivery (only within Moscow)

Minimal total order price for this delivery type - 300 RUR

Your order will take one to two days to put together.

Delivery is from 11 am to 10 pm.

If your order costs less than 2000 RUR you will have to pay extra 200 RUR for delivery.

The delivery of the order costing more than 2000 RUR is free.

Attention: courier delivery to the following distant districts cannot be made: Butovo, Zhulebino. Mitino, Kurkino, Novokosino, Rublevo, Vostochny, Kosino-Ukhtomsky, Solntsevo, Novoperedelkino, Miakinino, Nekrasovka.
Delivery by Russian post

Minimal total order price for this delivery type - 220 RUR

Your order may take up to three days to put together.

Postage delivery usually takes two-three weeks. However, the actual time depends on the distance. Some deliveries may take up to a month (more on Russian postage deadlines).

Our online bookshop cannot bear responsibility for the Russian post’s delivery dates.

Attention: all postage expenses are carries by the buyer.
